Unless otherwise specified in the article description, delivery to Germany and Austria shall take place within To 1-3 days, in the case of international deliveries within To 3-7 days after confirmation of order (with agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
You can also send your order to a DHL packing station. To do this, you can simply specify the address of the DHL packing station as the delivery address when you place your order. Please don't forget to list your postal number! Please note the maximum package size for your packing station - meditation mats cannot be sent to packing stations, for example. If you are unsure if an item can be sent to your packing station, please ask directly at your packing station, because if a package is too large it is usually sent to the nearest post office.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment number. This shipment number allows you to track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.
Sometimes a package doesn't arrive. In such a case, it is always advisable to submit an enquiry to the shipping service provider. If your order has not been received by you, write to us email@example.com and we will take care of a quick solution.
